WaHub is a service operated by Nortec (hereinafter, "we") that lets businesses connect and manage their WhatsApp Business Platform account from Meta. This policy explains what data we process, for what purpose, how we protect it, and what rights you have. For any questions you can write to us at nortec@nortec.sarl.
When a client business connects its WhatsApp through WaHub, we process:
We do not collect personal data of the end recipients the client communicates with over WhatsApp; those messages are handled by Meta's platform.
We use the data solely to provide the contracted service:
We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising purposes.
For the service to work, the data is shared with Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), which acts as the messaging provider. This processing is also governed by Meta's policies. We do not share the data with any other third party, except where required by law.
We keep the data while the client maintains an active account with us. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and access to our systems is restricted. Communication with our servers always takes place over a secure connection (HTTPS).
As a client you may request at any time to access your data, rectify it, or delete it, as well as revoke the connection of your WhatsApp account. To exercise these rights, write to us at nortec@nortec.sarl.
To request the deletion of your data, send us an email at nortec@nortec.sarl stating your business name. We will disconnect your WhatsApp account from our app and delete the associated data (including the access token) within a maximum of 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or in regulations. We will always publish the current version on this same page, with its update date.
